Types of truck loading system
1. Level gravity loading system
This type of loading system applies to silo over 20M , no additional energy required, the filling efficiency is over 95%.
2.Pneumatic conveying loading system
This type of loading system applies to granule material loading and the silo foundation is over 1M . No special requirement of container car position. The pneumatic conveying system is integrated. Filling efficiency reaches 100%.
3. Mechnical conveying loading system
This system can contain different combanations: big bag unloading +tubular chain conveying system
dump station +tubular chain conveying system
big bag unloading +screw conveyor
dunmp station +screw conveyor .
The bulk truck loading system is easy to operate , worker only needs to park the bulk truck on the designated location, operate automatic loading & unloading management system and input loading time and capacity through the operating screen in real .
