High pressure and temperature rotary valve is the proprietary and dedicated equipment developed by Hanrui. It is specially used for pulverized coal before gasification burner and dust discharging system. Pulverized coal can be fed quantitatively and equably before superhigh pressure gasification burner; especially it is widely used in the coal gasification to liquid fuel process of pressurized ash molten conglomerated fluidized bed. It is featured in simple control, stable performance and convenient maintenance as well as saving large amount of construction cost.

Product features:

  • Design for pulverized coal feed before superhighpressure gasification burner, high temperature and pressure-resistant (Working temperature up to 650℃, Working pressure up to 6.5MPa ).
  • Outboard bearing design, combined seal structures including packing, oil seal, labyrinth, shaft gas seal, mechanical seal and magnetic seal. According to the characteristic of pulverized coal and actual conditions, there are several types of main configurations and seals.
  • The materials are specially treated with maximum surface hardness up to HRC75, better wear-resistance and long-term service life.
  • Selective design of replaceable liner bushing and vane, with the feature of easy and quick maintenance and economy.
  • Patent anti-block configuration to protect from accidents.
