Tubular chain conveying solution is applicable for conveying bulk material like powder, small particle and small lump etc. It can be conveyed in horizontal, inclined, and vertical way. It is also applicable for the material conveying in explosion-proof area.

Tubular Drag Conveyors, sometimes called tubular drag chain conveyor, is a mechanical system that operates within the confines of a pipe. Its feature is the stable property and saving the energy consumption in conveying system. It can contiguously convey powder, small particle and small lump and so on the bulk material, can convey in the level, the incline and the vertical . It widely applies in the chemical industry, the chemical fiber, the agricultural chemicals ore, the food industry, the Building materials profession, ect.

This solution can be designed according to the different material, conveying distance, and downstream or upstream requirements, including the explosion-proof area.

The chain, as the drive device, drives the material moving in the closed pipeline.

When conveyed horizontally, the solid material is pushed by disk in the running way. When the internal friction of the material layer is larger than the external friction between the material and pipe wall, the material will move forward via the disks and form stable material flow;

When conveyed vertically, the material is pushed up by the disks, at the same time, the bottom feeding will prevent the upper material from falling down, thus generates horizontal side pressure which increases the internal friction. When the internal friction between the materials is larger than the external friction between the material and pipe wall and its own gravity, the material will move upward via disks and thus forms continuous material flow.
